Hi I'm Cathy !
As the daughter of Italian immigrants,I grew up watching and helping my mom cook with vegetables grown in our family garden, well before "Farm to Table " became a common term.
When my Dad was diagnosed with high cholesterol and heart disease, I took a keen interest in Nutrition and the difference it can make to overall health.
My passion for great food and a healthy lifestyle became the motivation for my career.
I received my BS in Nutrition from Hunter College and my Masters degree at New York University .
I have worked in both the clinical and corporate settings.
I also attended the Culinary Institute of America for Continuing Education and later went on to become a Certified Health Coach at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition .
I have always enjoyed helping my clients find simple and delicious ways to be healthy and I am honored to have the opportunity to help make an important difference in the lives of others.
